According to the WHO, Africa is the continent with the highest breast cancer mortality rate in the world.
Why?ย Because diagnosis often comes too late, healthcare infrastructure remains limited, and prevention and treatment programs are still insufficient.
Another scourge exacerbates this reality: due to lack of resources, many patients turn away from official medicine distribution networks and resort to informal street markets, where falsified medicines proliferate.
